UPDATE: Mar 15, 2022 12pm CET: server recovered, all services are available again.
One of the database servers was reporting issues during boot up on Mon Mar 14, 2022 at 4pm CET. Access to some apps might be limited. Currently, we are working on fixing the server instance. We are sorry for the any inconveniences caused.

Network Outage on Dec 2, 2021
Update: Most services were recovered and should be available again. However, if you still encounter very high latency or drop of services, please contact us. Full service quality is expected to be recovered by tmrw.
Update: At the moment, a replacement for the core components is installed and services will be brought up step by step with limited availability. We keep you posted.
A failure in one of the network core switches of our data center disrupted the availability of our services in the afternoon (CET) today.
Fixed: Network Connection failure on Aug 30, 2021
Currently, an interruption of our Internet uplink prevents us to offer the full service suite to you. Access to some sites may be very slow, interrupted, or return a “connection timed out”. Please relax and give us some time to recover from the failure. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: We received the notification that the fully bandwidth is available again.
Update: Since 2.30pm CET: some of the services appear to be reconnected; however, the bandwidth remains limited. Stay tuned.
Fixed: Storage Outage on Jan 21, 2021
A failure in one of our storage subsystems occurred this morning. Database services may be affected by an unplanned outage due to this outage. Please relax and give us some time to recover from the failure. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Update: The storage server was fixed around noon time, all remaining services are starting at the moment. Please check, whether you encounter any problems in the next hours.

Network Outage on Oct 17, 2017
A failure in one of the network core switches of our ISP disrupted the availability of our services in the evening (CEST) of Oct 17, 2017. The repair work took almost six hours, but all services were back online by Oct 18, 2017. We are very sorry for the experienced inconvenience.
